2019 was the year of an important event for the Wilmar International group of companies and for the entire Ukrainian market as a whole.
On May 24, 2019, the acquisition of the Chumak PJSC company was completed and thus in Ukraine we have yet another business line – B2C, represented by the successful Chumak PJSC company.
PJSC Chumak is a national level company, one of the most recognized food producers in Ukraine, which produces ketchups, mayonnaise, tomato paste, sauces and pasta.
The company was founded in 1996 by Swedish businessmen in Kakhovka, Kherson region and today is one of the largest tomato processors in the CIS with an annual processing capacity of up to 89,000 tons.
Including – 67,000 tons of tomato-based products, 22,000 tons of mayonnaise-based products.
Warehouse capacity: 16,000 pallet places.
