Delta Wilmar CIS was formed in December 2004 in Ukraine to cater to the edible oil and fat needs of the CIS market. It has set up a palm oil refinery of 1500 mt/day capacity at Yuzhny in Odessa region, Ukraine wherein it refines the crude palm oil into RBD palm oil and a 300 mt/day capacity of packed oil products.

A sprawling 39,000 MT of storage tanks and a design to handle rail and road tankers complimenting the plant’s production and logistics makes it a state-of-the-art complex. With the latest technologies deployed the complex is totally pollution free, contributing to the ecological system and producing one of the finest oils and fats.
